Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
Conduct impactful conversations to highlight the value of offerings
Handle objections and successfully close enrollments
Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech sales
Graduate degree mandatory
Willingness to work 6 days a week
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Fluent English communication is mandatory
Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player
