Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups

  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs

  • Conduct impactful conversations to highlight the value of offerings

  • Handle objections and successfully close enrollments

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide insights for improvement


Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech sales

  • Graduate degree mandatory

  • Willingness to work 6 days a week

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent English communication is mandatory

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player
