Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated International Tele sales Executive with expertise in the International BPO sector to join our team at Ekant Infotech in Lucknow, located at Vikas Nagar. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15K to 20K salary package along with a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
