Job Description

Shift: Night

Timing: 11:30 PM to 8 AM

Location: SAKINAKA Andheri

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective users and explain subscription plans

  • Handle inbound leads and convert free users into paid subscribers

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership packages

  • Pitch Company premium services with confidence and clarity

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively

  • Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication

  • Adhere to company sales processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines

  • Upsell and cross-sell value-added services where applicable
