Location: SAKINAKA Andheri

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective users and explain subscription plans
Handle inbound leads and convert free users into paid subscribers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership packages
Pitch Company premium services with confidence and clarity
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively
Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication
Adhere to company sales processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Upsell and cross-sell value-added services where applicable
