•Roles & Responsibilities•
• Coordinate and communicate exclusively with international clients through calls, emails, and online communication platforms. • Handle client inquiries, order status follow-ups, and project coordination for export customers. • Maintain professional relationships with global buyers and ensure smooth client communication. • Support export-related documentation sharing, updates, and coordination with internal teams. • Assist in developing new international business opportunities through inbound and outbound communication. • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns. • Maintain records of client communication, order updates, and follow-up status. • Coordinate with internal sales, logistics, and documentation teams for export requirements. • Work toward business targets assigned to international client accounts. • Ensure outstanding payment follow-ups for assigned international accounts.
