Job description
Role & responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US /CANADA market.
Identify and qualify potential customers through prospecting.
Understand client requirements and present the company's services.
Convince prospects and handle objections effectively.
Close sales and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Schedule meetings with decision-makers whenever required.
Follow up with prospects until the deal is successfully closed.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or international voice process.
Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
