We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Interior Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential clients, and converting prospects into successful interior design deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Generate and qualify leads for interior design projects.
Understand client requirements and explain interior solutions effectively.
Schedule meetings/site visits for the design team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Convert inquiries into confirmed deals.
Maintain daily call reports and sales updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good convincing and closing abilities.
Basic knowledge of interior design concepts (preferred).
Experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate/interior industry (preferred).
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
