We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Pre-Sales member to join our growing team and serve as the bridge between client requirements and design solutions.

🔹 Role Overview:

We’re hiring smart, driven individuals to join our Sales & Presales team. You’ll handle incoming leads, qualify them, present our offerings, and close deals. A perfect role for those passionate about interiors and client interaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in client meetings by gathering requirements and understanding design expectations

• Handle inbound leads via website, WhatsApp, phone, CPs, Builders etc.

• Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and service needs

• Educate clients on Krish-V’s unique offerings (factory advantage, process flow, materials)

• Schedule consultations, site visits, and Experience Centre walkthroughs

• Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up regularly

• Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal creation

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong communication & people skills

      • 1 year of experience in pre-sales or client servicing (preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry)

     • Basic understanding of design is a plus

     • Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil & Kannada

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
