Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic BDE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining friendly and professional interactions with customers,
building and nurturing relationships with high value clients and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
· Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
· Sales Reporting: Generate monthly and annual sales reports to analyze growth trends and identify areas for improvement.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with high-paying clients
through regular visits, personalized service, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices and reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
· Profit Optimization: Strengthen profit opportunities by effectively managing time and resources to meet and exceed sales objectives, attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
· Client Education: Educate clients on product offerings and provide guidance on authorization lines to ensure their needs are met, crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
· Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
· Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical skills for reporting and great networking skills.
· Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
