Process: Insurance Executive or Customer Services Executive
Job Description:
The agent will handle outbound calls to potential customers, explain insurance products and processes, and generate leads. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving queries, and promoting suitable insurance plans with a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain insurance policies, benefits, and terms clearly
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plans
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate and qualify leads
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills:
6 Months–1 years of experience in a relevant field
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of telesales/insurance processes
Ability to handle objections confidently
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Language Requirement:
Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
Shift Details:
Day shift (9 login hours)
Working Days:
6 days working
1 rotational week off
