We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at Student Cover. The role involves calling on fresh data, generate leads. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

• Provide accurate information and guidance on different motor insurance products.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Keep records of all customer interactions, policy transactions, and communications.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor policy expirations and proactively follow up for renewals.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or queries in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
