We are seeking a Process Executive to initiate, enable and conclude insurance sales (motor / health) for customers as a tele caller through the call/contact centre setup.

-Key Responsibilities

•Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales (motor / health) through tele calling set-up.

•Call potential customers based on leads / database assigned to assist sales of insurance products as a broking set up.

•Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per customer need and use.

•Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.

•Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections / queries.

•Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
