Job Description

Job Requirement -

  • Insurance sales and customer acquisition

  • End to end agent onboarding including documentation, training and activation

  • Drive insurance sales through agents and direct channels

  • Work in a target - oriented environment with fixed targets

  • Ability to handle sales pressure

  • Experience in insurance or banking sales preferred

  • Maintain quality standards and compliance

Skill requirement -

  • Good communication skills

  • Minumum 6 months of experience in insurance sales is mandatory

  • Language Required - Bengali and Hindi

Note - Only female candidate
Shift - 10AM to 7PM

Weekly Off - Sunday fixed
