Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Executive to handle tele-calling activities, document verification, and customer coordination. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling prospective and existing customers as per the data shared by the Managers.
Informing customers about normal insurance policies and related services.
Handling tele-calling for customers related to personal loan cases (as per data provided by Managers).
Explaining loan-related information to customers and guiding them through the process.
Collecting and verifying customer documents as per company requirements.
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
Maintaining proper follow-up with customers and updating records in the system.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Email).
Confident and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries over calls.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply.
