We are hiring Insurance Advisors for our SBI Life Insurance Sales process. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in insurance and financial sales.

Role Overview: As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting life insurance products to prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and helping them choose suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective customers and explain life insurance products and benefits
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC pass with minimum 2 years of sales experience, OR Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Prior experience in insurance, banking sales, or BFSI sales preferred
Age: 18–32 years

Compensation & Shift:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC/In-Hand)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Rotational
