Key Responsibilities:
Generate motor insurance business through new and renewal policies.
Follow up with customers for policy renewals and payments.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and endorsements.
Assist customers with claim registration and claim settlement processes.
Maintain insurance records and prepare daily/monthly reports.
Ensure timely policy documentation and compliance.
Resolve customer queries related to insurance products and claims.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of motor insurance products and processes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
