Job Responsibilities:

• Insurance sales and customer acquisition

• End-to-end agent onboarding including documentation, training, and activation

• Drive insurance sales through agents and direct channels

• Work in a target-oriented environment with fixed targets

• Ability to handle sales pressure

• Experience in insurance or banking product sales preferred

• Maintain quality standards and compliance

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Insurance sales or any baking sales for min 6 month

Basic communication in English and Hindi Or Bengali or Hindi & Tamil or Hindi&Telugu

Willingness to work in shifts (initially 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
