Job Description - Life Insurance Process (Experienced Only)

Position: Sr. Sales Associate - Life Insurance

Experience: Insurance Process/Loan /Credit Cards/NBFC

Location: Noida Sector-2

Qualification: Graduation / 12th

Employment Type: Full Time / Work From Office

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Life Insurance policies.

- Manage end-to-end policy servicing including new business, policy issuance and endorsements.

- Process death claims, maturity claims, surrenders and withdrawals.

- Resolve customer queries regarding policy coverage, premiums and beneficiaries.

- Maintain accurate data in the insurance management system.

- Coordinate with underwriting, claims and finance team for resolutions.

- Follow compliance and data security guidelines as per process.

- Achieve productivity, quality and CSAT targets.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance (Domestic)

- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.

- Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and policy life cycle.

- Good problem solving and customer handling skills.

Shifts : 9:30 to 6:30
