As part of your day-to-day work, you will do

· Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to upsell/upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.

· Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions.

· Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

· Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

· Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

· Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively.

· Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
