Connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech solutions.
Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Update CRM with accurate customer information.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in Inside Sales or Telesales (minimum 2 years).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-centric approach and target-driven mindset.
Prior experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
