Sales and Customer Interaction  Conduct targeted outbound telephone calls to potential and existing customers  Persuade customers to purchase company products and services  Cross-sell and up-sell products strategically  Process and accurately record customer purchase orders  Generate promising leads for the outside sales team  Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction  Develop and sustain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business  Generate leads to develop business from different sources  Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients  Book appointment for field sales team with emphasis on high- quality leads
