The role involves engaging with prospective merchants, understanding their business needs, presenting product solutions, handling objections, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Connect with merchants after initial introductions by the field team. • Understand customer requirements and business challenges. • Present and explain the company's products and services. • Build strong relationships with prospective customers. • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions. • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities. • Coordinate with field executives for seamless customer engagement. • Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions. • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
