We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales through telephonic, email, and online communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, and research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales information.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
Provide timely reports and updates to the sales manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
