🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

   • Identify and approach potential customers for products.

   • Promote and explain products.

2. Customer Assistance & Query Handling

   • Clarify customer doubts related to the product, etc.

   • Act as a point of contact between the customer.

3. Follow-ups

   • Regularly follow up with the customer.

   • Ensure timely processing and address any documentation gaps.

4. Reporting & Feedback

   • Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

   • Share market or customer feedback with the institution to improve products or services.
