Job Summary:
S.V. Hi-Tech Bearings is looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Executive to support B2B sales operations in the industrial / bearings segment. This role is ideal for freshers interested in industrial sales, customer coordination, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone and email

• Perform customer follow-ups and relationship management

• Prepare sales quotations, proforma invoices, and basic documentation

• Assist in order processing, order tracking, and dispatch coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution

• Maintain CRM / sales records and customer data
