- Strong communication & convincing skill

- Support field sales team with quotation, enquiries, and order processing
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations and payments
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries professionally
