Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing channel partners and appoint new channel partners for Solt Call Bell Solution. Regularly follow-up with them, motivate them and build sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You will also be
responsible for solving queries in regard to the products and services provided by the
company.
In addition to this, you should collect desired information from channel partners and maintain healthy relations with them. You may require having a joint call with end customers, understand their requirements and demands. You are also required to note important information provided by the channel partners and follow up with them on a regular basis.
As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing
abilities. Great writing skills and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this
position.

Responsibilities
1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
2. Contacting existing channel partners as well as prospective channel partners using
scripts.
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data during joint call.
4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications during joint
call.
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
6. Maintaining the database of the partners and customers on a regular basis (CRM).
7. Suggesting solutions to partners based on customer’s needs and requirements.
