Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can connect with e-commerce sellers, understand their requirements, and provide the right Easy Works solutions over calls, emails, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.

• Pitch Easy Works’ services (Virtual Office, Fixed Desk, Shared Desk, GST Registration, Compliance, Accounting, etc.) to prospective clients.

• Understand seller challenges on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify, and provide tailored solutions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Update and maintain client data, interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development (preferably in e-commerce services, SaaS, or compliance-related industries). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections confidently.

• Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and quick learner.
