Job Summary:
The Equity Advisory Sales professional will be responsible for driving client engagement, growing equity assets under advisory, and delivering strategic market insights to institutional, HNI, and retail clients. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and market advisory functions to enhance client portfolios and achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and family offices.
Advise clients on equity investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with research and portfolio management teams to deliver actionable equity ideas and insights.
Identify and onboard new clients while deepening relationships with existing ones.
Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and tailored investment solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and market reviews.
Stay updated with market trends, company earnings, and macroeconomic developments to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
3–7 years of experience in equity sales, investment advisory, or relationship management.
Strong understanding of equity markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with strong market awareness.
SEBI/NISM certifications (as applicable) preferred.
