Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can handle lead generation, follow-ups, customer coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, basic product understanding, and the ability to build good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads

• Understand customer requirements and explain product details

• Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel sheets

• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required

Required Skills & Experience

• 0.6 to 3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / customer service

• Experience in electrical products or industrial sales is an added advantage

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email drafting)

• Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask
