CRMs also called as Customer Relationship Managers will be assigned good quality leads. They have to call the prospective leads and make a good relationship with customer and making their profiles based on their city, country, educational qualification, professions and suggesting right course to them and to upsell and upgrade to other courses. This is a purely calling job (not like sales calls) but very quality calls and for people who love talking with others. They should have a good flair of listening to prospective leads, understand their intentions, should be mature enough to ask the right relevant questions and lead the conversation very happily towards sales.
Salary - 18000 + Highly Lucrative Incentives on Sales. It is very important to love what you do and when you enjoy working then Salary is NOT a boundation or stopper.
