Open Positions: Sales Executive

Locations: Curry Road / Lower Parel

Job Responsibilities:

• Searching for new clients in a designated region

• Sourcing the customer data from different segment.

• Calling to potential customer and generate the lead.

• Schedule a meeting with Sr. manager to solve to solve the technical query of the customer.

• Travelling to visit potential clients

• Maintain a relationship with customers.

• Managing and interpreting customer requirements

• Calculating client quotations

• Negotiating tender and contract terms

• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

• Offering after-sales support services

• Administering client accounts

• Analysing costs and sales

• Preparing reports

• Meeting regular sales targets

Recording and maintaining client contact data .

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Patience and resilience to handle rejection or difficult customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office software.

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

Salary Range: 3.00 LPA to 5.00 LPA (Negotiable for right candidate based on qualification, communication skills, leadership skills etc.)
