Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our Alteryx business. The ISR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for Alteryx solutions through digital leads, outbound calls, emails, and campaigns
Identify customer use cases around data analytics, automation, and business intelligence
Work closely with Account Executives to convert leads into sales opportunities
Schedule product demos and discovery calls
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Support pipeline building for new business and renewals
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets (SQLs, meetings, pipeline value)
Key Focus Areas:
Data Analytics & Automation
Use cases across Finance, Taxation, Supply Chain, and Operations
Promoting self-service analytics and ROI-driven conversations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
1–5 years of inside sales / lead generation experience (preferably in Data Analytics/ IT/software/SaaS)
Strong understanding of analytics, data workflows, or willingness to learn
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders
Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling analytics or BI tools (e.g.,Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, Snowflake, Databricks)
Familiarity with ETL, data preparation, or automation tools
Experience in B2B or enterprise sales
KPIs / Success Metrics:
Number of qualified opportunities (SQLs) generated
Demo/meeting bookings with prospects
Pipeline value created
Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
Contribution to revenue targets
