Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilties:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or digital platforms

• Share product details including composition, dosage, pricing, and benefits

• Process orders via email, WhatsApp, or CRM systems

• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery

• Track order status and proactively update clients

• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client interactions

• Ensure documentation aligns with pharma regulations (batch numbers, expiry dates, etc.)

• Update CRM with daily call logs, lead status, and order details

• Generate weekly/monthly sales reports for management review

• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and digital brochures

• Upsell/cross-sell complementary pharma products
