Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bengaluru
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive
The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, manage customer interactions, and ensure high engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calling activities with potential customers
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with leads
• Track and maintain lead data in CRM systems
• Work towards achieving individual sales targets
• Provide regular updates on lead status and conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processes
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate data management and reporting
• Contribute to a positive and performance-driven work environment Requirements
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada
• Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools
