Designation – Inside Sales Representative

Experience – 0 to 2 years

Salary – up to 25K

Industry – IT

Location – Bangalore, Ramamurthy Nagar

Working – (1st and 3rd Saturday working) AND (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and assist prospective clients in understanding solutions.

• Maintain and update CRM records and perform timely lead follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions.

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with interest in Sales.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic understanding of IT/Software concepts (CRM / ERP preferred).
