Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales
Identify and acquire new SME clients for TradeIndia B2B Marketplace Solutions.
Conduct outbound calls, video meetings, and in-person meetings with decision-makers.
Pitch subscription packages, digital services, and relevant solutions.
Revenue Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up discipline.
Client Engagement
Conduct need analysis & offer customized solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and renewal opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM updates, daily sales reports, call logs, and meeting records.
Participate in daily/weekly sales review meetings.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
