Inside Sales Executive

 Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.

• Route qualified leads to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.

• Maintain and expand a strong database of leads and prospects within the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
  
  Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inside sales.

  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong phone presence with experience in handling a high volume of calls per day.

  • Proficiency with productivity tools and web-based presentation platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize work.

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass).
