Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented EB Telesales Executives with prior experience in the telecom industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calling and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective Enterprise Business (EB) customers.

• Promote telecom products and services to enterprise clients.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM.

• Follow up with customers for closures and renewals.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in telecom industry (mandatory).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Telesales Executives with at least one year of telesales experience. The candidate will be responsible for selling products/services over calls and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential retail customers.

• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Maintain customer database and call records.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
