The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads from various platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, and company website.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up for closure.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM or Excel).
Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Provide daily/weekly reports to the management on lead status and conversions.
equired Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
2–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service . Experience can apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and handle objections confidently.
