Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Present products/services and explain their benefits effectively
Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in handling customer conversations and objections
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
Graduate in any discipline
