Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries, managing leads, and proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.

• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities using a CRM system.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and generate interest.

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide detailed product information and pricing to customers.

• Prepare and send quotations or proposals to prospective clients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition.

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
