Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team at our Gurgaon City Mall Head Office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate leads.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM tools.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.

Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
