Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide support to the sales team.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

· Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, market research.

· Follow up on sales enquiries and leads to achieve assigned sales targets.

· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Handle customer enquiries, product information requests, order status updates, and general sales-related communication through phone and email.

· Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, pricing.

· Schedule and coordinate customer meetings.

· Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and open opportunities.

Qualifications:

· 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales Executive, lead conversion.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Candidate from Manufacturing Industry or Trading Industry.

· Candidate should stay at minimum distance of 40 to 45 min from our office.

Salary

· Upto 30 to 35k per month

Timings

· 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
