Our designs combine traditional craftsmanship with modern appeal, and we cater exclusively to bulk buyers. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Associate to help us grow our wholesale client base through cold calling, strong follow-ups, and exhibition support.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential silver jewellery wholesalers across India via cold calls, WhatsApp, and phone follow-ups.
Introduce them to our brand and products, share digital catalogues, and explain pricing, quality, and bulk order terms.
Understand each wholesaler’s business needs and help them in selecting products best suited to their market.
Take consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term wholesale buyers.
Maintain and manage a detailed lead database, track communication history, and update conversion progress using Excel or CRM.
Support in planning, setting up, and attending B2B exhibitions and trade shows, assisting in lead generation and customer interaction.
Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch, and issue resolution.
Gather and report feedback from wholesalers to help improve collections, pricing, and service.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or related wholesale/trading sectors
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and building new relationships with wholesalers
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/accounts
Willing to travel occasionally for exhibitions.
