Key Responsibilities:

📞 Outbound/Inbound Calls:

Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to provide product information and support.

🛒 India MART Enquiries:

Monitor and respond to daily enquiries on India MART. Convert these leads into successful sales.

📈 Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify, qualify, and persuade prospects to drive revenue growth.

🤝 Customer Interaction:

Answer queries, explain product features and benefits, and manage customer concerns with professionalism.

🗂️ Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in our CRM.

🎯 Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.

Required Skills:

✅ Excellent verbal communication

✅ Good understanding of products/services
