Job Title: Client Retention Department: Client Relations / Sales Location: Bangalore Job Summary: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting reactivation of inactive trading accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Connect with existing clients to ensure good service and continued trading. • Follow up with inactive clients to encourage reactivation. • Share updates on products, offers, and market insights. • Resolve basic client queries and escalate complex issues as needed. • Support team in achieving retention and service targets. Requirements: • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business. • 0–1 year of experience (freshers with good communication skills may apply). • Basic understanding of stock markets and trading. • Good communication and customer service skills.
