Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The role involves handling sales inquiries, converting company-provided leads into business, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed shipments
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and messages to understand their logistics requirements
Provide accurate freight quotations (air/sea/import/export)
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
