Handle inbound leads, enquiries, and walk-in clients generated through digital marketing, referrals, campaigns, and other sources.
Understand the client's profile, requirements, eligibility, budget, and preferred destination.
Conduct consultations and counselling sessions with prospective clients.
Convert qualified leads into paid clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Schedule and conduct online/offline consultations where required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, consultations, conversions, and payments in the CRM/lead management system.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant services.
Coordinate with the processing/documentation team after client onboarding to ensure a smooth handover.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow company-approved sales processes, pricing, communication standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper follow-up discipline.
