Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Booking Executive to manage hotel reservations and provide excellent service to clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling hotel bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel booking requests via calls, emails, and online systems

• Coordinate with hotels and travel partners to confirm reservations

• Provide clients with booking options, availability, and pricing

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments

• Resolve customer queries or issues promptly and professionally

• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for clients

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel or travel booking preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Knowledge of GDS/booking software is a plus

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
