We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our health insurance sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of insurance products and proven experience in telesales, particularly in the health insurance domain. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable health insurance solutions.
Contact potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about health insurance products and services.
Explain insurance policies and terms clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay Knowledge on health insurance products, competitors, and market trends.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Minimum 8 months to 1 year of telesales experience in health insurance.
Strong understanding of insurance policies and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
Must be a team player with a proactive attitude.
